Size tables for the length of our natural leather shoes
Here you will find the size charts to choose your familiar size number with a comparison of the different length measurement being used for shoes. Look for the length measurement you are familiar with in the tables shown and simply read off the corresponding other one that has been compared in the alternative shoe lengths.
Please note that the English sizing is in 2/3 increments as shown in the attached table. The size measurement in half steps of the Parisian stitch is therefore not to be equated with the English size measurement. You can see the correspondence between the customary measurement in the English measurement 2/3 steps to the corresponding Parisian Stich if you switch in a straight line from the English measurement to the Parisian stitch.
Please add length, which gives the foot in the shoe the space in the tip that is individually perceived as comfortable. From a technical point of view it is necessary to avoid the feet bumping into the shoe tip, as with the rolling movement they slide forward, especially when walking downhill. This is normally calculated with 1.5 cm for closed urban shoes and 2,0 - 2,5 cm for special hiking and mountaineering shoes. With open sandals, this is limited to 0.5 cm.
When choosing shoes for your personal size, please also pay attention to the width and the volume of your feet beside the length itself.
