Shipping terms:

Free Shipping within the FRG. Based on the idea of sustainability, we are reducing transport routes as much as possible and want to implement this approach for possible returns as well. Here we rely on the help and support of our valued customers, and ask for the size selection to be narrowed down as precisely as possible in order to avoid sending a shoe size that does not fit back and forth. With our approach of reducing transport, our final prices are calculated more cheaply without the additional return and / or exchange shipping.

Payment terms:

Prepayment or cash on delivery for an appropriate fee.
