What's the easiest way to order my shoes?
To ensure speedy processing, we recommend that you place your order online. On the Internet, you have the advantage, among other things, that for all items that you want to order, the availability of the respective item is displayed directly.


 Why should I provide my phone number?
In connection with your order, there may still be questions or the delivery time could change, for example. Of course we would like to inform you about this as soon as possible. In these cases it is often easier for us to reach you by telephone than by e-mail. If you agree to the use of the contact details for us and the service provider DHL, you can easily track your shipment. Your data will only be used by us and will not be passed on to third parties or unauthorized persons.


As a customer, can I pick up my order?
The goods ordered in the online shop can of course be picked up by arrangement within business hours in our showroom in Munich. In accordance with our terms of payment, you can pay by bank transfer/payment in advance or in cash upon collection.

Can I pay in advance without any worries?

Absolutely; our company exists since 1993. Our online shop is just one of several areas in which we have been active for many years. You have the right to the ordered goods or a refund at any time in accordance to the law and our general terms.

We will not want to get in trouble with the law or put our entire company at risk in any way because of a one-off shipment.

We can only offer purchase on account to state institutions, authorities, state institutions and universities. If necessary, this is possible after prior agreement with larger companies; please send us an email with your company details, extract from the commercial register and bank details.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer private customers delivery on account in general; we ask for your understanding.


I paid in advance and cancelled, what do I have to consider?
If your shoes have not yet been shipped, you will receive a transfer of the purchase amount back to an account to be specified by you after receipt of your cancellation. In this case, please let us know your account details and where we should transfer the amount to.
If your order is already on its way to you, we ask you to send it back to us as soon as possible. After we have received the goods, we will transfer the purchase amount to you. Again, kindly let us know your account details where we should transfer the amount.


How does the return process take place?
Items purchased from us can be returned to us in accordance with the current legal provisions. For further information please click to the item " Right of withdrawal".

How can I facilitate unrestricted expeditious processing and settlement of a return and refund?
Please keep the sales packaging until the cancellation period has expired. Since you yourself would not accept any goods packaged by someone else as new, damaged or missing packaging must be replaced. With normal care, sales packaging can continue to be used without further ado even after it has been opened. Please avoid any kind of signs of use, as these can reduce the value of the shoes. Please do not use the goods like an owner. It is expressly permitted by law to examine the goods, as would also be possible in a retail shop. Please keep in mind that even in a retail shop some things may be possible with samples, but not with the specific object of purchase.

What are consequences of revocation?

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits (e.g. benefits of use) surrendered. A revocation after acceptance is no longer possible.

If the goods deteriorate, compensation for the value could be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as you would have been able to do in a retail shop. Incidentally, you can always avoid a possible obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods like an owner and refraining from anything that could impair their value.
