Derby boot made of natural leather in stitched down construction

Plain design with excellent materials masterfully manufactured with high class components in the traditional craftmenship of shoemaking. The uppers made of soft natural leathers has been double stitched onto the leather midsole and the genuine Virbram Gumlite outsole made of lightweight cellular rubber has been cemented on. This gives the robust boot stability and durability. The special manufacturing process means that the outsole can be replaced without damaging the boot's construction. The high boot leg protects and warms the ankles when needed; this is where the temperature-regulating effect of our natural leathers comes into its own. Of course, this exceptional boot is also equipped with a genuine leather insole and our anatomically shaped, replaceable soft footbed, which, in combination with the Gumlite outsole and the soft natural leathers, makes for exceptional wearing and walking comfort.

Manufactured style:

This boot is made in the stitched down construction. The genuine leather midsole is connected to the upper by a strong double seam. For replacing the outsole without touching the shoe construction itslef, the outsole has been cemented to the midsole.

Last and fit:

For a comfortable fitting the volume H for this boot has been designed for the strong foot. As a standard for our tradtionally stitched shoes it is equipped with our anatomically shaped and replacable softbedding.
